When Hurricane Irene hit in Aug. of 2011, I didn't know where to turn. The lower part of my house was badly damaged from the ocean surge. I always felt very lucky to have a house in Rhode Island only 1/2 block from the ocean beach, but being that close now felt like a curse. I met Todd and Jason from Dryzone Basement Systems soon after and they felt they had a product that would work great and solve my problems. They said the flooring and walls they would put up will with stand almost anything, being mildew-proof, waterproof and mold-proof. I figured I couldn't go wrong. I had them do the install in the spring of 2012. It was very professionally done and it looked just beautiful. Little did I know that Hurricane Sandy was just around the corner and on Oct. of 2012 it would test my new walls and floors. I ended up getting over three feet of ocean water in the same lower part of the house. I wanted to cry when I first saw it, but other people had it worst then me. I had a disaster restoration company come in and remove all the damaged furniture and kitchen cabinets. They also removed the new flooring. They dried everything out and then I went back to look. The walls held out and still looked great. The floor I just reinstalled myself very easily and it looks as good as the original install. Todd and Jason were right it is a great product.

I can't say enough of good thing about the staff and the quality of work. We had a house sliding down a hill due to improper fill at the time the house was built 50 years ago. They were able to stabalize the foundation and level the house as much as possible. Our home is no longer sliding down the hill. Thanks, TomZ
From start to finish Dry Zone did a commendable job. We've lived in our 1864 home for ten years, suffering with a moldy, damp basement. We wish we would have done this sooner! Kudos!

I arrived home late for appointment and tech Andy was waiting patiently. He performed the annual service and went extra steps to check efficiency of units. Cleaned up thoroughly.
I was very pleased with every aspect of what your company provided. Andy was professional and knowledgeable, besides just being a nice guy. The work crew were all very proficient, polite and professional. The outcome was better than I imagined, and the price was actually lower than two other estimates I had.

Our service was a scheduled annual check of the entire system. The technician was polite, quiet, and efficient. The copy of the work performed was detailed and he explained each thing he had done prior to leaving.

The person who came out to inspect my property was extremely thorough, took plenty of time to inspect the building, and gave me a thorough explanation of the work he recommended as well as alternative solutions.
