Tod and his crew were outstanding and professional. The work was awesome and the results superb! Your system really works!!! I am only 3 inches from the water table. No wonder I was having a problem!!! The DryZone system of CrawSpace sealing, Dehimidfying and cellar drainage have made my home healthier to live and NOW I can finish my basement. At last, I have usable space in the cellar and dry storage in my crawlspace as well. It is almost to good to be true - but it IS !!!

I had my crawl space done and they did a very good job. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and friendly, and answered all my questions. They were on time and knowledgeable about the job and cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend them.
I am very pleased with the results of the work done by this company. However, I thought that they would have done a better job by me and themselves had they sent a second man as a helper. The poor kid they sent over was here for nine hours because he had to do everything himself. Had they sent him a helper I'm sure the work could have been done in four or less---making them more money and allowing me to go back to my job. Not good management, in my opinion.
All told, however, the work was done professionally and I now have my man-cave back.
Our "small" Dry Zone Basement project was completed 6/1, and included a ditch of about 18 feet plus a two pump "bucket" (including a battery backup). The job was completed in one day and the three workers, led by Dan, did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything and I did not tape/wrap with plastic, and installed the outflow pipe very well. We are very pleased with the Dry Zone service and recommend this company to anyone needing a professional installer to resolve a wet basement.

We could not be more pleased with the product and service we received. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, personable and quick and neat. They finished on time and the work was superb.
I contracted with Dry Zone for two "Superpumps" and a battery back up pump. The discharge was particularly challenging as there was 100' of outside pipe to be installed. The crew of three was on time and had all the materials necessary to complete the job in one day. They took great care not to disrupt the underground sprinkler system and the lawn, digging the trench entirely by hand (very hard work). The sump pumps were professionally installed including another 100' or so of pipe in the basement. Plastic was hung around the work areas to minimize concrete dust and they cleaned up after the installs. They answered all of my many questions as the job proceeded as well as a review of how the system works when done. While time will tell if it all works to hopefully mitigate any future flooding, I'm very pleased with the whole process and the timeliness and quality of the work. Highly recommend.
Dry Zone Basement Systems recently completed a Super Sump System in our home. Every step of the process was efficient and certainly professional in every way. From the Beginning when they (System Design Specialist) came to our home, he presented a complete explanation of the work to be done including a DVD explaining the Dry Zone Basement System. On the day of instillation, they went over everything they planned to do and the approximate time for completion. I have never seen a crew of workers do so much work in such a short time. They remind me of a colony of ants working diligently together to do their work. Steve kept me informed and made suggestions as the work was ongoing and completed in just two days. Just Amazing!!! They get an A+ from me on efficient and complete work. I would recommend this company highly and the super Sump System is working more efficiently than I could have imagined. Since the system was installed our basement has not had a water issue and is much dryer than ever before. Congratulations Dry Zone for a most efficient and enjoyable experience.
Excellent to work with. Did exactly as they promised. Work was carefully done, neat, and looks good. The outside work ... adding the pipe underground ... was very well done. I would recommend them and hire them again.

I can't say enough of good thing about the staff and the quality of work. We had a house sliding down a hill due to improper fill at the time the house was built 50 years ago. They were able to stabalize the foundation and level the house as much as possible. Our home is no longer sliding down the hill. Thanks, TomZ

From start to finish Dry Zone did a commendable job. We've lived in our 1864 home for ten years, suffering with a moldy, damp basement. We wish we would have done this sooner! Kudos!

I am truly happy with the friendly, courteous and professional service I received from everyone at this company! From the office staff to the salesperson to the installation crew, everyone was just as prompt, reliable, and patient with my questions as could be. One would expect that, with a company this big and with so many customers, the staff would become rather jaded after awhile and just 'do their jobs.' But this company really cares about its clients and each person goes out of his/her way to be as kind helpful as possible. You are all amazing - thank you for everything!
