This basement wall in Pawtucket, RI had a rather large crack that the owners tried numerous times to seal but water just kept seeping through. After meeting with our inspector, they were able to learn about our FlexiSpan system and how it works to seal the crack and create a secondary channel in case water was to leak so it would stay off the floor. In this case, CleanSpace was added to create a moisture block over the crack.

Before we serviced this crawlspace, it was so damp and musty that the homeowner didn't even want to go inside of it at times!
