Job Duties

  • Cheerfully answer calls and promptly direct customers to the right place so they can be helped right away
  • Proactively represent our company through telephone contact by answering calls and setting sales and service appointments
  • Make confirmation calls for our sales and/ or service appointments
  • Prepare mailed information for our customers
  • Provide customers with a remarkable experience
  • Assist other departments with general office duties

Job Requirements

  • Desire and ability to provide remarkable customer service and understands the need, solves problems, and responds in a timely and efficient manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in operating a multi-line phone system
  • Self-motivated and energetic
  • Ability to make a large number of calls to prospective clients per day and have the persistence and positive attitude to continue in these efforts every day
  • Organizational skills – ability to manage time and multi-task
  • Ability to attend to tasks with accuracy in detail
  • Ability to navigate internal software programs
