Jay has been involved in the basement waterproofing industry since the 1960's covering an area from Canada to as far south as Georgia. He enjoys bringing years of experience to each customer in order to help find the best solution for their specific problem. Jay enjoyed being part of the DryZone team, from the office staff to the crews. He loves how they all respect each other's strengths and know how to balance each other. He is a huge Red Sox fan and has an interest in World War II Aircraft.

Working in a basement environment is often hard because there are obstacles in the way that cannot be moved. Obstacles such as pipes, ductwork, water tanks and electrical boxes, to name a few. We do our best to work around these obstacles while also installing the correct products to keep your basement dry.
This home in Exeter, RI had water leaking from the walls. The best solution is a vapor barrier installed and tucked into the flange of the WaterGuard. The WaterGuard then directs the water to the SuperSump which can pump the water out of the home!
The home owner in South Kingstown, Rhode Island had water problems since the home was built. They did have a sump pump system installed but it was not working as it should. They had major ground water problems, seepage and cracks. In this before and after you can see that the foundation was poured with a hole for a sump but the hole was not in the correct area of the basement. We did install a sump pump system that will adequately take care of their ground water problem and keep the water away from the basement.
This stone foundation was leaking every time it would rain heavily in Coventry, RI. A partial WaterGuard system was installed so the homeowner could monitor the problem. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that would direct any water seeping from the walls into the underground drainage system and into the SuperSump on the other side of the basement.
In Uxbridge, MA we worked in a home that a finished basement that had one spot that kept getting wet and the homeowners were finally done with it and needed a fix.
