Krista McCone

Krista joined DryZone in 2022 and is working with our Appointment Center team, she is one of the voices our customers hear when they call to book their free estimate! Prior to DryZone, Krista worked in a call center for 6 years taking incoming calls. She also worked a few years in Disney World, providing her with excellent customer service skills. Krista really enjoys the positive work environment and friendly team here at DryZone, especially with her Appointment Center teammates. When she’s not at scheduling estimates at work, you can find Krista cooking or spending time with her family, including her three kids, vacationing in NH or going to the beach!
