When this customer called, they had standing water in their basement. It had leaked into the basement during heavy Spring downpours. Our Call Center Representative told the customer that we could help them and set an appointment with a System Design Specialist. The specialist went out and performed a free inspection of the foundation and provided a written estimate for the work. The customer signed the proposal for work and a date was scheduled.

When the crew arrived they dug out a trench around the perimeter of the basement. They installed WaterGuard to catch any rainwater that entered the basement. The WaterGuard lead the water to the SuperSump pump which pushed it through the discharge line and through the LawnScape Outlet to the outdoors, away from the foundation of the home. The IceGuard would keep the discharge line from freezing during Winter months or from getting clogged.
