Waterproofing System Upgrade in New Bedford, MA

The property manager of this school building gave us a call because they were dealing with water in the basement even though there was an existing sump pump. Our inspector, Andy, went to the building and drew up a solution that would completely upgrade the basement's waterproofing system. On installation day, our foreman, Lucio, and his crew got to work. They installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the walls and our WaterGuard drainage system along the floor's perimeter. The CleanSpace corrals water into the WaterGuard which also collects groundwater and sends it into the sump pump. The crew removed the existing sump pump and replaced it with our SuperSump Plus sump pump which is a much more reliable option. The SuperSump Plus sends all of the water out of the home through the discharge line. Now the property manager can feel confident the next time it rains!
