Unstable Floor in Exeter, RI

There was a customer from Exeter, RI with an existing beam that was not stable anymore. Because of that, the floor started to sag down towards the crawlspace floor, which can lead to awful damages. Over time, the beams or floor joists may start to grow mold and get weaker, so adding additional new support is the best thing to do. And that is exactly what we were able to do for this homeowner! Our production crew installed a SmarJacks system that permanently lifted and stabilized the beam back to the original position. These steel columns are also adjustable since the structure of our basements and crawlspaces can change a lot over time!
