Job Stories From Wellesley Hills, MA
Contractor Uses SaniDry in Every Wellesley Hills Home
We have a contractor, Randy, who has worked with us on six homes in Wellesley Hills, MA. This contractor has been our customer since we opened our doors in 2007 and continues to refer clients to DryZone. His favorite product is the SaniDry XP dehumidifier.
The SaniDry dehumidifier is Energy Star rated and is ten times more powerful than traditional, store bought dehumidifiers. It can remove up to 109 pints of water a day! Wow! It is also self-draining so there are no messy buckets of water to constantly empty. His customers (and ours) can tell the difference in just a few hours of being installed.
Randy will continue to call us because we are his local SaniDry installer!

Hello! I got your name from someone on Boston Mothers Forum because I am looking for someone to provide an estimate for installing a dehumidification system in my basement. We have had mold in the past and the dehumidifier I have now I have to empty very frequently. I would love any advice on how to keep our basement humidity-free and mold-free! Thank you!

We have a semi finished basement. I'd like a quote on filling some cracks in the floor, sealing the floor, and installing laminate flooring. Thanks

Hello. I would like to redo the crawlspace on a 1996 addition to a 1938 home. The floor joist insulation has failed and I would like to move the insulation to the crawlspace walls/encapsulate/etc. The area is about 12x24x4 high -- not exact -- need to measure. No mechanical equipment and the entrance to the crawlspace is through the basement bulkhead without a long walk through the basement (really quite easy access). No water issues (no ledge, just feet and feet of sand), just high humidity. So:
Remove insulation and clean
Insulate walls
Close vents
Vapor barrier
Possible dehumidifier (there is power in the crawl space).
