A homeowner in Templeton, MA wanted to finish off their basement. She was looking for vapor barriers and any other installation that would keep her basement dry from water. Our inspector took a look at the basement and concluded that an installation of our CleanSpace Wall, TripleSafe sump pump, WaterGaurd drainage system and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifer would improve the quality of the basement. The inspector explained how our SaniDry Sedona removes up to 100 pints a day as it works alongside with our other products. Our CleanSpace Wall creates the vapor barrier that our customer needed, entrapping moisture from the walls. That water gets drained into the TripleSafe sump pump where it gets pushed out of the basement, even during a power outage due to the battery powered backup pump.
When this customer from Baldwin, MA called he knew what he was looking for. We had previously encapsulated part of his crawlspace. He was now looking to add insulation to the area.
Our System Design Specialist came out to perform a free inspection. He measured the area to be insulated and sat down with the customer to have a discussion and provide a written estimate.
Our crew came out and installed 549 square feet of SilverGlo wall panel insulation to the crawlspace. These panels are two inches thick and infused with graphite to reflect heat. They are also water-resistant.
