This customer in Belchertown, MA, contacted due to a consistent water issue in her basement. She stated she'd noticed water for years prior to calling. She said that until recently, the water had been minimal, but suddenly there was a great amount of water despite it not raining. She had a sump pump that was pre-existing installed by someone else in the past, but it wasn't working properly. We set her up with a System Design Specialist.
