The WaterGuard is laid down and covered by crushed stone
We got the entire perimeter drainage system laid down. The contractor will come in to pour the floor when they are ready!
Pre-Construction waterguard can be installed at a fraction of the cost because the labor is not nearly as intrusive as jackhammering the foundation floor

We moved into this 1925 house this summer. It has a partial full basement and two crawl spaces. Nothing is really finished, and the crawl spaces are hair-raising. We need to do something about the basement to make it more usable. It would be great if we could make the crawl spaces somehow usable too.

We are seeing some light water seepage in the unfinished part of our basement and wanted to see if there are ways to prevent that from happening. We have a 1930s house but it has been extensively updated. However there is no sump pump.

One basement wall (thin plywood) was bubbling / cracking. Handyman inspected, found likely long standing water damage, light yellow ? mold, and removed entire wall including studs. Since removal, no visible water even with several storms. Deciding on what to do before replacing wall. A few other areas on basement foundation (no wall covering) have likely efflorescence, stable over 1.5 years. No visible water. Looking for effective and cost efficient solution. Thanks!

Half of our basement is finished, half is not. The half that is finished is sunken in about 1-2 feet more than the unfinished section. We have been in this home for almost 3 years and never had any water issues until the heavy rain ~Dec 9th where we got 3-4 inches of water in the finished portion. We do not have a sump pump. We are in an area that we know (from neighbors) has issues with high water table.
We are one of two townhouses which are attached. They are new construction. There is a perforated drain around the perimeter of the homes. The neighbors recently installed a sump pump as they had issues too. This recent rain was over flowing the whole perimeter and the private catch basin on our property was overflowing too.
We are looking for options for our basement and professional opinion about sump pump/drain around the perimeter inside as well. We want to finish the basement off again and have the right solution.

With the rain today, we found that water is leaking into our basement. No accumulation yet, but it just started. We are looking for water removal solution and waterproofing for long term.

I need a sump pump installed in a finished basment. The foundation is poured concrete from the 1920's and in excellent shape. Generally the basement is very dry (waterproofed the outside) but a torrential rain will let in a little water in 1 - 2 areas.
I have a steel and concrete garge with a masonary deck on top of it. It is water tight but I have a humidity problem. I am thinking that I need to insulate the steel ceiling with the expanding foam and install a high-end dehumidifier or air-air exachange system.
