This customer called our appointment center explaining that he had a basement that often flooded in the wet seasons. He needed help getting his basement up to snuff and knew we were the right people to do the job.
A Systems Design Specialist went out and did a full inspection of his foundation/basement. He was given an estimate of the job on-the-spot and the customer was satisfied with the solutions discussed.
Next, our production crew went out to install a full perimeter system. They drilled a small trench through the floor around the basement. They filled it with stones and installed 128 feet of WaterGuard to drain any and all water out of the basement. He had a SuperSump installed to direct the water out and away from the home.
