There was a homeowner in Worcester, MA that had a very damp basement. He also noticed a musty odor coming from down below, and wanted to see what we could do on the matter. Our inspector informed the homeowner how our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier does a wonderful job at keeping the air healthy and dry by moving 300 cubic feet of dry air per minute around the basement! The homeowner was impressed and agreed to the installation. He noticed the immediate effects when the air felt better to breathe in.
This basement in Worcester, MA was in dying need of a sump pump because it recently experienced an awful flood. Unfortunately, this basement received lots of rain water, so we installed our TripleSafe sump pump at the lowest point in his basement so that water could naturally flow towards that direction. This homeowner now has a sump pump that can discharge water during heavy rainstorms and power outages due to its built-in battery backup system!
This homeowner in Worcester, MA was experiencing a traumatic experience with her basement flooding all the time. This would happen especially after a heavy rainfall, and she knew that this could lead to costly damages if she didn't do anything about this. She called us to see if we could install a waterproofing system for her flooded basement, so an inspector was sent to see what should be installed. He had a production team install a TripleSafe sump pump, WaterGuard interior drainage system and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier for this basement! The WaterGuard system collects the wall seepage then drains it to the TripleSafe sump pump where all that unwanted water is discharged. The SaniDry Sedona will control the humidity of the basement so that moisture won't ruin anything for this homeowner.

When this customer called she had water coming from the seams of her floor and walls as well as from under the door of her basement. She needed a solution for these issues so she called us and we set her up with an appointment for free inspection and written estimate for the work.
We started by jackhammering and laying WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement. A TripleSafe sump pump was installed to pump the water from the home. We added a WaterGuard port so the system could be flushed annually. A TrenchDrain was installed under the leaking door to catch the water and push it to the sump. They also had IceGuard to block their discharge line from blockages or freezing in the winter.
When this customer called, they explained that they had an existing sump pump and drainage system but that it wasn't working anymore. Their basement had been flooding and the water was starting to get deeper. We sent out a System Design Specialist to take a look at what was going on in their home and formulate a plan of action.
We ended up installing a new SuperSump Plus and UltraSump and tied it into the customer's existing drainage system. We also added a LawnScape Outlet and IceGuard to prevent freezing and clogging of the discharge line. The customer was very happy that we did not oversell them and took good care of their house.
When this customer called, he had sagging floors in his home and a beat up concrete floor in his basement. He knew he needed to have his floors stabilized. That is exactly what we did.
Our crew went to this customer's home and tore out the original concrete basement flooring. They loaded the debris onto trucks and hauled it to the dump. Then they used gravel and stone to fill and compact. New concrete was then poured to make a new, stable floor.
To stabilize the upstairs floors, our crew installed 2 SmartJack XTs.The SmartJacks system lifted the floors and stabilized the existing beams and joists. The new floor created a solid foundation for the system. Steel columns were secured to the beams/joists and then heavy-duty threaded rods allowed for adjustments and custom fit to this customer's home.
We had a customer in Worcester, MA who was experiencing water in the basement. He noticed water near a pipe, but the pipe itself didn't seem to have an issue. When our System Design Specialist checked out the basement, it became clear what was needed: a TripleSafe sump pump, an IceGuard, a Lawnscape, and an Everlast Access Well.
These products worked together to properly direct any water leaks into the sump and out of the basement, prevent clogs and freezing, as well as an access port to flush the system annually.
Our customer was very pleased with the work and we we're glad to be able to provide the solution the the troubles he was facing.
