Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed in front of the basement door that leads outside to catch surface water and it's connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. All of that water is then channeled into the SuperSump Plus sump pump which sends all of the collected water out of the basement through a discharge line. Then, using hydraulic power, we distributed the weight of the home through the piers. From there, we were able to lift the garage back to its original position! Once the homeowner was satisfied by the way everything looked, we backfilled the oil, leaving this structure in a permanent, stabilized position!
