This homeowner in Hope Valley, RI started to notice a strange smell coming from her crawlspace. Once she entered, she noticed a high humidity level overwhelming her, so she wanted to end these issues once and for all. She reached out to us online to make an appointment, and then sent an inspector to take a careful look on what has to be done. After careful examination, he had a production crew apply CleanSpace vapor barrier on the floor to give this crawlspace a new look, but also create a polyethylene layer to ensure moisture, mold or pests don't enter!

Homeowner Scott was dealing with a lot of moisture in his basement and wanted a dehumidifier installed that would be able to handle it all. He did some research and landed on our website where he saw the SaniDry dehumidifiers and wanted more information so he called for a free estimate to see if it was, in fact, what he was hoping for. Our inspector visited the home and checked out the space, he wrote up a proposal of where the SaniDry would go and where it would discharge. Scott was pretty happy about the option and after some thought decided to go through and get it installed.

Setting up the system was a breeze and could start working immediately after the installation. Now the moisture would get picked up by the dehumidifier and that water would discharge through a condensate pump and out of the basement. One of the greatest benefits of the system is that there’s no more emptying out buckets of water each day, the machine would do it itself! Scott was happy with the install and they job the SaniDry was doing in his basement to keep the moisture out,

We have a crawl space ~624 sq. ft with about an inch of water from the recent storm. There is currently no sump pump or drainage there. We are getting the water removed on Monday. We also have our basement in another part of the house which is ~550 sq. ft.
