Overall & crew would have gotten "5" except for quality of outdoor trenches they dug... @ discharge/exterior wall, it's not nearly deep enough & runs directly under downspout (pipe already exposed!), @ 2nd location soil not tamped down properly, trench sank 4-6". Otherwise, professional, prompt, courteous.
