A customer in Lenox, MA was looking to boost up his basement waterproofing system by coming to us for an additional sump pump. We had an inspector visit the customer to discuss and give an estimate on the best sump pump that is catered to the situation. After close consideration, our inspector had our team install a SuperSump premier sump pump system. This comes with a zoeller cast iron pump that will add another discharging system to tag team with the homeowner's current sump pump. Now, this basement has a more improved waterproofing system for years to come.
When this customer from Lenox, MA called, she was looking to have her wet and dirty crawlspace encapsulated. She had water seeping up through the floor and leaking in through the walls. We set an appointment for a System Design Specialist to go to her home and provide a free inspection and written estimate.
We ended up installing 750 feet of CleanSpace vapor barrier to the floor and walls, as well as 450 feet of drainage matting underneath on the floor. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was brought in to reduce mold, humidity and odors. A SmartDrain was also also installed to collect any water that accumulated under the CleanSpace.
