A customer from Leverett, MA wanted to have a service technician check out our TripleSafe sump pump we installed for him years ago. It was working fine until he noticed it running constantly. A sump pump that keeps running even when it doesn't have to is a sign of concern, so the customer did the correct thing to reach out to us! Once the service technician went to the basement, he opened up the system and noticed the float switch was stuck in the "on" position. Once he replaced the float switch, there was an immediate difference! It was more quiet and the sump would function when it had to.
