An office building owner in Ludlow, MA reached out to us because the basement of the building was taking on water. On installation day, our crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the floor's perimeter to collect groundwater. They also installed our TrenchDrain grated basement drain around the utilities located in the basement to catch surface water, it's connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. All of that water is then channeled into the SuperSump Plus sump pump. The SuperSump Plus sends all of the collected water out of the basement through a discharge line. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the building if the discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes in the winter months. The office building owner no longer has to worry about water getting into the building's basement!
