This homeowner in Marstons Mills, MA called us looking for a solution to the issues they were experiencing regarding their crawl space. The space had a cinderblock foundation and fiberglass insulation along the ceiling but water was seeping in through the walls and the irregular temperature of the space was negatively affecting the rest of the home. Our inspector, Trevor, went out to take a look and drew up a solution that would combat each issue the crawl space had. On installation day, our foreman Riley and his crew got to work! First, they removed the fiberglass insulation and any other debris that was not needed in the space. Then they began the process of encapsulating the crawl space with our CleanSpace system. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that protects the crawl space from being negatively affected by outside conditions. The crew also set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity in the space low. Now this crawl space is protected from water, has a regulated temperature, and the homeowner no longer has to worry about the space negatively impacting the rest of their home.
