A homeowner from Medfield, MA was concerned about the breathing conditions in his house. He noticed how humid his unfinished basement was, and could smell it from his kitchen! He wanted a reliable dehumidifier, so he called us. Our inspector was sent to his basement to come up with a plan. He suggested that our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was the best option to eliminate the bad odor and to get rid of the dust mites. He knew that this would improve the breathing quality of his house, so he agreed to the job. A production crew was then sent to plug in the SaniDry Sedona, and shortly after the customer felt much better about the overall health of his house and himself!

Water in basement. Looking for sump pump quote
Project Location: Medfield, MA
Hello,
I have an addition to the house that is on pilings over a dirt floor with about 18" of crawl space underneath. The room above at times smells musty. I think there are 2 things that should be done. Stop the moisture from coming up from the ground and also keeping the water away from the area.
Please let me know if you would be interested in coming to look at this (let me know if you are not too).
Thanks,
Fulvio

We just purchased our home and the floors in our basement are wet. There is a sump pump, and the wetness is not near walls, but in the low points of the basement floor.

Its a garage under colonial. The garage is separated from the "basement" side by drywall. The garage side smells tremendously wet, although there is never standing water. The basement side doesn't smell, but I can see some effervecence on the wall.

Would like a price on installing A Sump Pump in my basement. Thanks

I had cove leakage during 2 of the last 3 storms. In the first storm I lost my carpet in my finished basement. I observed that trere was about 25 inches of hydrostatic pressure. I would like to install a sump pump under my 4 season sun room and/or seal the cove. I also had a 1/2 inch hole in my floor which I discovered after I ripped up my carpet. It did have a cork in it, but that did not stop water from coming in. I would you take a look and see if there are othering solutions that you can implement to solve the problem.

We currently have a half-finished basement that occasionally gets water through the garage. We have a fairly good dry well that drains from the driveway but have recently started getting more water from cracks in the foundation/garage floor. We are thinking a sump pump in the garage may be the solution but are interested in having someone assess our situation to see which options are best.
