The customer in Medway, Massachusetts had an older sump pump system which was installed by a previous owner of the property. The current home owner knew that the pump did not work properly and questioned it many times during rain storms. He was always nervous for his home to flood. He called DryZone and replaced his existing pump with a TripleSafe system. He will no longer have a concern during storms. The TripleSafe is equipped with a battery back up system in case of a power outage.

The homeowner and realtor at this property were looking to improve the home before listing it. One major project was the basement. The owner has been dealing with a poor sump pump and has always had ground water appear after rain storms.
DryZone installed a Zoeller m53 pump to keep the water out of the home where the previous sump could not keep up. The realtor and client were very pleased with the increased property value and peace of mind!

This crawlspace in Medway, MA started with fiberglass insulation that was damp and falling from the floor joists. We came in and removed that debris and installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier with a SaniDry dehumidifier. The transformation is amazing and now this home has a dry crawlspace!

Existing Sump in Medway, MA
In Medway, MA this homeowner was looking for a preventative method for any leaks coming from appliances or plumbing in the basement. He had an existing sump pump that was taking care of just a corner of a room but he wanted more coverage to the utility room. At the install we added our SuperSump Plus with some Waterguard by the appliances and then added an UltraSump battery backup to the existing sump pump for peace of mind if a storm comes through and they lose power.

We are refinishing our basement in our 1925 house. Overall the basement is in good shape. There are a few areas where a small amount of rain comes in with heavy downpours. We would like to have those areas patched up before we put walls up.

Cracked rotted floor joists and center beam in my mother's house addition crawl space due to a lack of ventilation. Drywall is cracking above the interior doors. My father would install screens to ventilate the crawl space from early spring to late fall. He passed away 22 years ago and it hasn't been done since he died.

I've had water in the basement during during heavy rains. We believe the house is built on ledge and during heavy storms the water has no place to go. We've used portable sumps to contain the water on 3 or 4 occasions in the past, but would like something permanent and automatic.

We live in an old home that has a part dirt floor with a retaining wall holding up a granite slab/fieldstone foundation. Also a small crawl space below our first floor bathroom and laundry room. Also the original part of the house has poured concrete but we suffer from weeping through the field stone sometimes, and during heavy rain/snow over a prolonged period the water table rises up and has filled the basement with up to 8 inches of water.(This happened once" Not looking to ever be able to finish this basement but to make it more sound, dry, and clean.
