There was a homeowner in Milford, MA that needed a new sump pump for her basement due to the amount of water she was receiving. That water wasn't going anywhere, causing a disturbance such as dampness and humidity. Our inspector and production crew teamed up to come up with a plan and installed our TripleSafe sump pump to provide this homeowner with a sump that can discharge water during heavy rainfalls and power outages due to the built-in backup battery system!
Alanna in Milford, MA was experiencing flooding in her basement, but that was before DryZone Basement Systems came to the rescue! Now she has peace of mind...

A homeowner in Milford, MA wanted to add a drainage system to his unfinished basement because a lot of the water getting through was not reaching his sump pump. Our inspector informed the homeowner about our WaterGuard interior drainage system that surrounds the whole inside perimeter of the basement. This is exactly what the homeowner needed because most of the water was coming from the walls, and the WaterGuard would collect any seepage and drain it towards the existing sump pump. Once an agreement was made, our production began to jackhammer a trench inside the perimeter to install the WaterGuard in. Now, all that water that was sitting around won't be there anymore since it is now being collected!
WaterGuard System Built In Milford, MA
A homeowner from Milford, MA wanted a reliable drainage system that could connect to her her current sump pump. When she bought the house, the sump was already there, but she felt like the extra protection would be worth it in the long run. So our production crew jackhammered the inside perimeter to install the WaterGuard interior drainage system. This will allow water to be collected and drained with the sump pump so that there is no more standing puddles.
IceGuard Installation In Milford, MA
A homeowner in Milford, MA needed an IceGuard installation for her discharge line. She recently endured an incident where her pipe got backed up by water due to the freezing temperatures during the winter. Our production team came to the scene to install the IceGuard outside where the discharge line comes out the house, which contains holes to allow water to leave the pipe next time there is a cold surge!
Unstable Foundation in Milford, MA
his customer called in stating he had vertical cracks in his floor and walls. His floors were uneven due to having an unstable foundation. Craig went out to do an inspection of the foundation.
Craig decided that that this was a great job for us to take on, so he returned with Tommy and Tyler to fix the home. They installed 14 Push Piers to permanently stabilize the foundation. Then, in order to permanently stabilize the floor, they tilled under it with an excavator and fixed the front wall. They injected 506 lbs of Poly Level polyurethane foam. Now this customer can rest easy knowing that his greatest investment, his home, is in great health with the help of DryZone Basement Systems.

Basement has some issues. High humidity (we have two dehumidifiers going constantly). Moisture seeping through walls and floor, but no flooding. Already have a sump pump but it's in an open hole in the floor, not sealed up.

We have a WaterWatch Flood Alert System alarm that needs to be replaced. The alarm won't stop going off. I have taken it out and dried off. When I turn it back on it continues to go off. I am inquiring about a replacement for this. Our system was installed years ago by the previous owner of our home. Please let me know how we can obtain a replacement alarm and the cost.
Thank you! Mike

We are looking for estimates on finishing half our basement to use as an arcade. Looking for electricity, climate control, walls and framing.
Had my downstairs flooded 3x. Already have a Pump but not sure how old it is and it's already failed 3x at various points. Had the gutters fixed and that aleviated much of the problem, however with any hard rain my drain fills up and the pump has to go on. Seems like it isn't pumping fast enough when it does pump. Had to shop vac along with it to keep up with the rain. Wouldn't mind getting an estimate on some walls that have had water damage as well.
