This homeowner from Otis, MA wanted a checkup on one of our one of their sump pumps he installed for him earlier in the year. He was very impressed with the system, but it started to lack in performance because it wasn't turning on whenever there was a rain storm. Our service technician was able to figure out it was the drainage system that was clogged up. That drainage system did not have any good access ports to clean the pipes, so we decided to give the homeowner a completely new waterproofing system that won't repeat this offense. Our crew ripped out the drainage pipes that were getting clogged and replaced them with our WaterGuard interior drainage system. It is designed to collect wall and floor seepage so that there's not surface water building up, and it comes with multiple access ports for our technician to flush out everything for check ups. After, we swapped the old sump pump with one of our TripleSafe sump pumps to provide a stronger discharge system that also comes with a battery backup pump!
