When this customer called his basement was a mess. He had water coming in through multiple areas and the insulation was falling from the basement ceiling making a mess in the dirt floors below. Our Call Center Customer Service Representative set him up with a free inspection and written estimate for the work.
The Systems Design Specialist went to the home for inspection. He found that he needed WaterGuard all around the perimeter of the basement to lead it to the SumpPump Plus. He had IceGuard, five rain chutes, a LawnScape Outlet and a FloodRing. The debris needed to be removed and drainage matting and CleanSpace needed to be hung.
When this customer called, they had water coming through the floors and the walls of their basement. Our Call Center Representative set them up for an appointment with a System Design Specialist. Michael would go out, perform a free inspection and provide a written estimate.
Our crew installed 114 Ft. of WaterGuard drainage around the perimeter of the basement, as well as a trench drain at the foot of the stairs. they put down sandstone waterproof tile and installed a TripleSafe sump pump. 120 Ft of CleanSpace vapor barrier was add to keep water from coming in through the walls. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was added to keep mold, moisture and odors away from the space. Finally, a discharge line with IceGuards were added to remove any incoming water and prevent the line from freezing or having any blockages.
This space now not only looks better, but is healthier, too!
