Waterproofing my basement took about 2 1/2 days to finish my basement. The demo guys was courteous, respectable, and after they clean up very well! I had a little problem after the job was finished. A supervisor name Steve answered my phone call, he came out right away, Fixing the problem! I have to say it was the same thing with the supervisor, he was understanding he assured me that everything is going to be fixed, and by the end of the day it was done. I had lost so much money before with my last experience with another company. So I took a long time to find this company, I want to say thank you to all the team that work with me. And I'm very grateful!

I would recommend Dry Zone to others considering putting in a French drain. The work was professionally done and was finished within the time frame that was promised which is of the utmost importance to me. I've had this week to put it to the test with the rain and it works!
