Shelburne Falls, MA Foundation and Crawl Space Repair

There was a homeowner in Buckland, MA that was tired of seeing water getting into his basement. Not only was there water on the floor, but there was also an unhealthy amount of moisture lurking around. His basement overall was very damp, dark and cold and definitely needed a waterproofing system. When we sent over an inspector to write up the blue print for the system we installed, the homeowner was very excited to get the process going. We ended up installing CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to keep the moisture out, which will prevent mold growth to help the basement's health. In addition, the crew installed 50 feet of a WaterGuard interior drainage system to sit inside the perimeter collecting water seepage. From there, the water will move to the SuperSump premier pumping system we placed in the corner to discharge the water! Having this waterproofing system has greatly changed this basement for the better, and we could not be more happy to have another satisfied homeowner! 

When this customer called, she had a dingy, damp basement made of stone.  She wanted a solution for the water coming in, so we set up an appointment for her to meet with a Systems Design Specialist. He told her what she needed and provided a price. the customer agreed so the work was scheduled. 

We installed a TripleSafe sump pump and added WaterGuard drainage around the perimeter of the basement. She also had a LawnScape and IceGuard put at the end of her discharge line to prevent it from blockage or freezing.
