This unfinished basement in Sterling, MA was flooded out from a heavy rainstorm. This resulted in inches of water just haunting this homeowner. We sent over an inspector to assess the situation so he could provide a solution that will help the basement not flood anymore. The solution? Our production team installed a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system to collect and move water towards the sump pump. The sump pump that was installed was our TripleSafe, which comes with 3 pumps, one of them being a backup one in case of power outages. By installing these two systems, this basement will fight heavy rain storms to ensure that this homeowner can have a peace of mind!
This customer from Sterling, MA was referred to us by his neighbor that recently had one of our systems installed. He was asking for a sump pump to be installed, along with seeing what we could do about his bulkhead doorway that has been leaking water. Our inspector took a careful examination of the basement and had our production team install a TripleSafe sump pump in the corner of the blocked foundation. To solve his bulkhead issue, we installed a TrenchDrain right at the entrance so it will collect and move water towards the TripleSafe. We were very happy to help this customer so that he won't have to worry about a damp basement!
When this customer called she had water seeping into her unfinished basement. She called us looking for help and we happily obliged. The Call Center Representative set her up with an appointment for a free inspection and written estimate to be performed by a System Design Specialist.
When the day of her inspection came Craig assessed her property and formulated a plan for her basement. It was suited specifically to her needs. She had 14 feet of WaterGuard and 6 feet of TrenchDrain installed by our crew. A SumperSump sump pump was put in to remove water and discharge it out of and away from the home. An IceGuard and LawnScape Outlet were attached to the discharge to prevent freezing and blockage of the line.
When this customer called they had issues with water getting in their basement. The customer service representative set up an appointment with a System Design Specialist to perform a full free inspection and provide a written estimate.
Our crew installed 33 feet of WaterGuard drainage and WaterGuard port so the system could be flushed annually. An UltraSump pump was put in along with a SaniDry dehumidifier. In order to prevent freezing and blocking of the discharge line, a LawnScape Outlet and an IceGuard were added to the end of the line.
