This customer in Sturbridge, MA had significant issues with flooding and standing water in their garage and crawlspace. The customer waited a few years to get the issue looked at and the condition of the basement worsened significantly.

We installed 209 ft of WaterGuard and 4 inspection ports, a SuperSump pump and SmartSump, 19 ft of TrenchDrain and 16 ft of XL TrenchDrain. Last we installed our Lawnscape and an IceGuard. We were able to resolve water issues in the customer's garage as well as their home's crawl space.

We are potentially purchasing this home. Our home inspector recommended we have a foundation specialist look at the basement due to "excessive" cracks in the basement floor to evaluate if they are settlement cracks or something more serious. We would like to get an evaluation and estimate ASAP to decide if we should request money off the sale price or not. I included pictures from the home inspector.

I have two items. One, there is a corner of the basement where water seems to be getting in. I don't know if it is only because of bad water management outside the basement or if there is a crack in the wall, regardless, it is in a very hard to get to area of the basement behind our oil tanks.
