This customer in West Brookfield, MA was seeing water constantly seep into his foundation near the footing. He had big plans on renovating the house, and part of the renovation process was installing a sump pump to waterproof the area. He called us to see what solution we can provide, and we did not disappoint!
Our inspector arrived on scene to take a look near the footing where the water was seeping in through. By looking at that, the inspector knew that installing our full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump would be the best solution for this homeowner. He explained that our WaterGuard will be placed on top of the footing where the seepage was abundant and channel that water to the TripleSafe. This was spot on for what this homeowner was looking for and agreed to the installation.
Our production team then showed up to begin the installation process. They started off by jackhammering a trench where the footing is to place the WaterGuard in, then they opened up a sump pit for the TripleSafe to live in. Once both systems were in place, the team covered the top with fresh concrete for a nice clean look! The homeowner hasn't seen a puddle of water in his basement ever since and was forever grateful to have called us!
