Hello. My name is Harlan. We just purchased a new home. I want to make sure the home is ready for winter weather. Touching up the exterior of the home to make sure there's no place for moisture to enter. Patching any cracks. Painting some worn out wood trim. Replacing and elevating some basement window wells. Installing a sump pump (the basement already has a hookup, but no pump installed; previous owners never had water in the basement but I'm more on the "better safe than sorry" side and would be interested in a precautionary sump pump install, so we're ready if the "1000-year storm" comes). And anything else you'd recommend along those lines.

I have a "furnace room" in the basement that is always wet and crumbling now. Need to waterproof it, redo the walls/floor as need be and figure out de-humidifaction in basement better. Thanks@

Ten years ago i installed bedry basement systems, and i was so dissatisfied from the beginning. They were dishonest with their promises and their committment to their warranty. DryZone Basements entire approach to service and committment is so refreshing. I was incredibly skeptical given my history with their competitor, and asked & reasked for an honest assessment. "was it REALLY possible for me to have a dry basement?" They commented - my basement was BAD, for sure. one of the worst they had seen. (oy) but they were confident they could make it dry. and so far, somehow, they did! its been two weeks of rain, and i still have a dry basement... even through a power outage! and with the horrible smells of wet moldy basement gone... i am so grateful i switched companies and have nothing but amazing things to say about dryzone basements!!! i am even dare i say, considering utilizing my basement! such a difference, nothing but amazing things to say about dryzone, their staff and their products!
