When this customer called he had a flooded basement and suspected the water was coming in through a crack in the wall. Our Customer Service Representative set him an appointment for a free inspection and written estimate.
When our System Design Specialist made his inspection of the home, he found that the crack was not the only source of water entering the home. It was seeping through the floors and walls and would need more work than just a crack repair. He formulated a solution specific to the homeowner's needs and the homeowner decided to move forward with the plan.
Our crew installed a WaterGuard perimeter system around the entire basement to direct water towards the newly installed TripleSafe and UltraSump. These directs water out of the basement and away from the home using a discharge line with a LawnScape at the end. The customer opted to have an IceGuard put on the line to prevent freezing and blockage to the line.
The basement walls were encapsulated with CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep water from seeping in through the walls. The large crack in the foundation was sealed with a FlexiSpan application.
When the crew finished the job this customer was happy to have a dry and more attractive basement than ever before.
This existing customer called us back about a year after she had her foundation stabilized. She needed insulation in the basement and knew it was us she wanted to complete the job. Our Call Center Representative set an appointment for a free inspection with written estimate to be performed by a System Design Specialist.
The System Design Specialist saw she needed spray foam at her rim joists. We had Mickey go out and perform the spraying soon after.
