There was a homeowner from Ashland, MA that noticed a smell coming from her dirt crawlspace. The smell was strange, and she was concerned there could be mold. So she called us and we sent over an inspector. He noticed the smell as well, and also noticed how there's no barrier separating the cold dirt from the house.
