When this customer from Athol, MA called, they told our Call Center Representative that water was seeping through cracks in the cinderblock walls and from the base of the walls. An free inspection and written estimate was scheduled with a System Design Specialist.
The crew went out to install CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep water from the walls from getting inside the basement. Then WaterGuard sub-floor drainage was laid down to collect water and guide it to the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe pumped water to the discharge line where it exited the LawnScape Outlet and was directed away from the home. Lastly, they plugged in a SaniDry XP dehumidifier to eliminate mold and odors.
