Our three family house has 3 units and a full sized basement. Recently the last few rainstorms have flooded the basement. After patching a couple of holes in the foundation, more holes were found and then also patched using water stop cement as recommended by home depot. This stopped the leaking but now we are concerned about if this is a temporary solution or permanent.
