I have a 24 x 30 cottage that I use for weekly seasonal rentals. Put plastic down on dirt in crawlspace several years ago. that helps but still but have mold on insulation batting, probably on joists, insulation falling down, subfloor in house has "bubbles" in plywood. Stuffy, mildewy smell in house- usually not noticed until fall. Crawlspace contains stubby water heater. Crawlspace accessed by bulkhead. Can you take a look at it and tell me what it would take- in time, materials and costs - to remedy this once and for all. We want to renovate the house but need to take care of this first.
