Crawl Space Waterproofing & Encapsulation in Eastham, MA
Challenge
This homeowner in Eastham, MA reached out to us about their crawl space because it was constantly taking on a significant amount of water and since it had a dirt floor, it was very messy. Our inspector went out to the home and the homeowner shared their concerns about the crawl space and how they didn't want it to start impacting the living area of their home. After assessing the crawl space, our inspector drew up a well-rounded solution for it.
Solution
On installation day, our foreman, Riley, and his crew removed all debris from the space and installed our SmartSump crawl space sump pump to send all of the water out of the space through a discharge line. They also insulated the space with our SilverGlo wall insulation to regulate temperature. The crew then fully encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity under control, the SaniDry Sedona drains itself into the SmartSump. Now the homeowner can have nothing but peace of mind when it comes to their crawl space!
