I was particularly impressed by your foreman's willingness to explain technical issues and the reasons for decisions such as where to mount the pump, how to run the piping, etc. The detail he attended to in my garden where he ran the drainage pipe was particularly impressive. The only conceivable problem is that a few basement steps were broken, but since the basement is being refinished completely, it is not a big deal for us. Very sound, thorough, high quality work.

Basement In Need of Help In Northampton, MA

A homeowner in Northampton, MA was showing a growing concern about her damp, cold basement. She couldn't stand the feeling of moisture in the air, as well as seeing puddles of water laying cross the basement floor. So she contacted us looking for help, because she didn't want to see any costly damages occur. Luckily, our professional inspector and production crew came up with a plan and went through with it. An interior WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump and CleanSpace wall vapor barrier were all installed to give this basement a complete transformation! The crew jackhammered the perimeter of the basement to place the WaterGuard system; That's there the water gets drained.
