I was particularly impressed by your foreman's willingness to explain technical issues and the reasons for decisions such as where to mount the pump, how to run the piping, etc. The detail he attended to in my garden where he ran the drainage pipe was particularly impressive. The only conceivable problem is that a few basement steps were broken, but since the basement is being refinished completely, it is not a big deal for us. Very sound, thorough, high quality work.

A homeowner in Northampton, MA was showing a growing concern about her damp, cold basement. She couldn't stand the feeling of moisture in the air, as well as seeing puddles of water laying cross the basement floor.
