Oxford, MA Sump Pump in Fieldstone Basement

Unfortunately, it is very common for fieldstone foundation, like the one in this Oxford, MA home, to leak. They are old and the mortar holding them together can crumble over time, allowing water to find its way through. You could reapply the mortar to seal it up but if water is in those gaps, the seal won't be very strong and that new mortar will eventually crumble as well. Our solution consists of our CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier, connecting to WaterGuard piping and a sump pump, like this SuperSump Plus. The water seeping through will be directed into the pipe channel and flow into the sump pump for removal. The vapor barrier will keep any water from the walls behind it and allow it to flow into the channel as well, keeping any water contained and then, removed!
