A customer from Shrewsbury, MA was in contact with someone in our appointment center because he was getting tired of his sump pumpless basement. We had one of our inspectors check out the system to determine what the solution will be. After inspection, a production team received the plan, and then installed a TripleSafe sump pump along with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
To begin, they jackhammered a sump pit for the TripleSafe liner, then they hooked up the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The TripleSafe will push water seepage out the basement, keeping it safe from puddles and water damage. The SaniDry will remove excess moisture from the air. This homeowner was forever grateful that he went with us because his basement is now dry and safe!
When this customer called she reported that she had an old, shoddy sump pump from another company that wasn't working well. She requested a System Design Specialist be sent to her home for a free inspection and written estimate.
When the System Design Specialist inspected the basement he found that she was right. Her sump was old and just not up to par with our work. He recommended a TripleSafe sump pump along with an IceGuard to keep the discharge line from freezing or getting clogged. Lastly he suggested a LawnSpace Outlet for the discharged water to run away from the home without being noticeable.
The customer called and had the crew scheduled to perform the work as soon as possible. Now she rests easy knowing she won't be having any more water issues in the basement.
When this customer from Shrewsbury, MA called, she was concerned about flooding in her mother's basement. Her mother was trying to sell her home and the daughter suspected this would cause issues in the process of the sale. She reported that water was coming up through the floor and that there seemed to be a leak, but nobody could find where the leak was coming from. Our Call Center Representative set up an appointment with a System Design Specialist.
The System Design Specialist recommended that WaterGuard sub-floor draininage, a SuperSump pump and Lawnscape Outlet. The Waterguard takes the water to the SuperSump, which pumps the water through the discharge line and out of the home via the Lawnscape Outlet.
