This homeowner in Watertown, MA already had a Super Sump installed to prevent taking on water in their finished basement but after some recent heavy rains and power outages, they wanted to know what preventative measures they could take to make sure they were safe. At an annual maintenance check with our Service Technician, he was able to inform the homeowner on how our UltraSump battery backup system would help if their primary pump were to get overwhelmed or lose power.
