I have cracks in my foundation that leads to water coming in when it rains.

We are purchasing this property, closing date March 21. We would like someone to come scope out the basement after that date to give us an estimate as to what it would cost to seal the half basement that is prone to leaking. The basement has a relatively new sump pump, but we'd like to go further than that to prevent water from entering that space the best we can as the basement area contains our furnace, water pump and hot water heater.

Everything went like clockwork. The team arrived when they were expected, kept noise and dust to a minimum, and cleaned up when they were done. It took part of a second day to complete our project, which was expected. Since then, we have seen a very heavy rain and the basement remained bone dry, except for a small spot in the center of the floor, which evaporated quickly thanks to the dehumidifier we requested. The next time that spot appears, I will draw a chalk circle around it so we can find it again when we call Rob Coggeshall, our rep, to bring it to his attention. I am looking forward to how the system will perform in March and April, typically the months with the most rain. We are extremely pleased with how the project went, from start to finish, and we would recommend your company highly to anyone who needed your services.
