Douglas, MA's Expert Crawl Space & Wet Basement Repair

A homeowner in Douglas, MA needed a way to fix his sagging floor above his basement. Now this customer has a dry, weather-safe basement and doesn't need to panic and pump water by hand every spring!

This customer called our appointment center complaining of a humid basement that was irritating their children's allergies. They were concerned that mold would begin to grow if they didn't deal with the issue soon, making things worse for their children. We sent an inspector to their home to investigate. The inspector found that they had really high humidity in the basement and that mold was a risk just as the customers had feared. He suggested we perform a simple installation of a SaniDry dehumidifier to mitigate the risk. Now, these customers have a dry basement with no mold and happy, healthy kids.
