When this homeowner in Great Barrington, MA realized his insulation in his crawl space was being filled with mold, he knew that he had to find some kind of solution that would properly insulate his crawl space. Our appointment center made a date for an inspector to assess the crawlspace and come up with a solution. Upon the day, the inspector discovered the relative humidity was very high, along with how damp the walls were! Moisture can lead to mold growth, which is not the sight this homeowner wants to see, so our production team followed the plan written by the inspector and covered the floor with CleanSpace vapor barrier. By placing a sturdy layer separating the earth and home, moisture is being blocked off by CleanSpace vapor barrier! Less moisture getting in means less issues in the long run!

When the crew came out, they installed 127 feet of WaterGuard around the entire perimeter of the basement. They added five feet of TrenchDrain at the bottom of the stairs.A TripleSafe pump was installed as well as a LawnScape Outlet and WaterGuard port. An IceGuard was added to keep the discharge line from clogging or freezing..
