This customer from Northborough, MA was calling us about a water issue his basement was having. His current sump pump was fine, but water would still be sitting on his basement floor in the opposite side of his sump system. He needed a drainage channel that will direct all of the water to the sump, so our team installed a whole interior WaterGuard drainage system. This will intercept any water coming through the basement walls to keep this floor dry all year long. Now, all of the water seepage will end up in the sump pump system rather than on top of the floor.
