There was a customer in Cranston, RI that wanted a sump pump for his unfinished basement. He had previous experiences with water leakages and it was getting to a point where he'd have to use a shop vacuum to get rid of some of the puddles. We then had an inspector visit this home to diagnose the issue and write up a proposal for a production crew to use. The inspector saw that water was coming in from both the floor and wall, so he had our crew install a WaterGuard interior drainage system and a SuperSump premier sump pump system. After these products were installed, the foreman explained how the water will be collected by the drainage system and moved towards the SuperSump due to gravity. Once the water reaches the pit, then it will all be discharged away from the basement.
