This homeowner in Hingham, MA gave us a call inquiring about basement waterproofing. Our crew started waterproofing the basement by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier seamlessly along each wall to direct water into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's entire perimeter to collect groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed on the inside of the basement door that leads outside to catch surface water, it's connected to the WaterGuard drainage system and both drain into the SuperSump Plus sump pump. The crew also set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity low and it drains itself into the sump pump system. The SuperSump Plus then sends all of the collected water out of the basement through a discharge line. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if the discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes in the winter. The homeowner is so happy that they can now have peace of mind with our products in place!
This homeowner in Hingham, MA had a partially finished basement but it had water entering around the fireplace and seeping in through the floor. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Wall System seamlessly along the basement walls to act as a vapor barrier and around the perimeter of the basement floor they installed our WaterGuard drainage system. They also set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity low and in the lowest point of the basement, the crew installed our TripleSafe sump pump. The water collected by the drainage system and the dehumidifier both drain into the TripleSafe which sends the water out of the basement through the discharge lines. On the outside of the house, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent flooding if a line ever got clogged or froze. Now the homeowner doesn't have to worry about their basement taking on water!
This homeowner in Hingham, MA was concerned when they noticed water had begun seeping through the floor in the basement of an addition on their home. Water and moisture had caused damage to the floor and walls, and they recognized the need to address this issue right away.
Our inspector, Steve, knew that relocating the sump pump system to the lowest spot in the basement was a logical first step. By installing our patented WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, this would help redirect any water that may seep in over to the upgraded SuperSump Plus, which will then be carried out & away from the house. In addition to the drainage system and sump pump upgrade, our team installed CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier system, which will help protect this basement against moisture and dampness well into the future!
A homeowner located in Hingham, MA was seeing ground water seep right through his basement floor. This was a regular occurrence every time there was rainfall. Water will always find a way to leak into foundations, since it can find the weakest point of entry. To make sure this basement stays dry for years to come, our production team installed a TripleSafe sump pump, which was suggested by our inspector. The crew used a jackhammer to open up the floor in the corner, which was a low spot in the basement! After, they placed the TripleSafe liner in, along with the 3 pumps it comes with, the crew covered the rest of the sump pit with concrete to finish the job. It's crucial to have a sump pump in your basement because water will always find a way in your basement, it's how your basement fights off the water is the difference between a peace of mind and anxiety.

There was a homeowner in Weymouth, MA that wanted to fix a crack in her foundation wall. The issue was this crack allowed lots of water to pass through. If this issue was untouched, more water could come in causing possible mold growth. So our crew applied FlexiSpan onto the crack. Finally, an impermeable membrane is applied to the wall on both sides of the foam strip, giving this wall a full crack repair!
