A homeowner in Hingham, MA gave us a call because they were dealing with water finding its way into their basement. Our inspector, David, went out to the home to assess the basement and drew up a solution for its water issues. On installation day, our foreman, Lucio, and his crew installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier along each wall to corral seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's perimeter for collecting groundwater. All of that water is then channeled into the SuperSump Plus sump pump which sends it out of the basement through the discharge line. On the home's exterior, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if the discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes. Now the homeowner can have peace of mind knowing water won't be entering their basement.
